Deadlines and Rates
PRE-REGISTRATION - FROM NOW UNTIL FEBRUARY 12, 2008
$20.00 per person including a t-shirt
- OR -
$15 per person "NO" T-SHIRT
Payment MUST be received by February 12, 2008 for early registration price
otherwise, the registration fee will increase to $25 and GROUPS will be billed
the difference.
LATE PRE-REGISTRATION - FEBRUARY 13, 2008 TO FEBRUARY 22, 2008
$25.00 per person including a t-shirt
- OR -
$20 per person "NO" T-SHIRT
Payment MUST be received by February 22 for late registration price to receive a
t-shirt. After February 22 - NO T-SHIRT - AND REGISTRATION IS NOW $25.00.
Notice that we are again offering the option of ordering or not ordering a T-Shirt
for all pre-registrations.
LATE / ON-SITE REGISTRATION - FEBRUARY 23, 2008 TO MARCH 8, 2008
It is recommended that Groups Sign on and then e-mail the
Abbeyfest office and
let us know an approximate count for your group and also if there are any special
requests (handicap accessibility, etc.) At this point the website will only accept
your group's vital info, but not any numbers.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION IS NOW REQUIRED. $25.00 per person (no t-shirt)
T-shirt order to manufacturer has already been placed, with some extras ordered.
These may be purchased on-site for $10.00.

must bring a completed Liability Form with them to the event. Click the "Policies and Forms" link
above, then download a PDF of the Liability Form if you have not done so yet.
Previous years' accounts have NOT been carried forward, so each group will need to create a new
account for the 2008 event.
