ABBEY YOUTH FESTIVAL 2016 REFUND POLICY

The Rector has asked that we offer each pre-paid group a 75% refund.  However we are inviting everyone, in the spirit of Lenten almsgiving and the AYF theme of Opening the Doors of Mercy - if your circumstances allow – to donate your registration costs and not require a refund.  Your financial support is a tangible way of aiding the recovery of this institution and ensures that we will be able to continue the mission of AYF in the coming years. 

To make this process as orderly as possible, we are asking you to do the following:

FOR A REFUND:

If you are unable to make a donation of your registration funds at this time, please email Christine Kelly Baglow cbaglow@sjasc.edu by Friday, April 1st indicating that you would like the 75% refund mailed to you as soon as we are able.

If you would like to donate a portion of your pre-paid registration costs to Saint Joseph Abbey + Seminary College’s recovery efforts, please email Christine Kelly Baglow by Friday, April 1st indicating (a) the exact amount you would like donated, and (b) the exact amount you would like refunded. 

 

TO DONATE YOUR PRE-PAID REGISTRATION:

If you would like to donate your pre-paid registration costs in full to Saint Joseph Abbey + Seminary College’s recovery, you don’t need to do anything.  If Christine Kelly Baglow doesn’t hear from you by Friday, April 1st, she will assume you wish to donate the full amount. It will go directly to paying for the many rental fees and outstanding costs that cannot be recovered. 

If you did not pre-pay, but wish to collect funds and donate them, we would be deeply grateful as well.
